The terms that apply when you book Flawless Cleans Mobile Detailing.
Quotes & pricing
All quotes are indicative until a booking is agreed. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition and level of contamination and will be confirmed on WhatsApp before we arrive.
Bookings
Bookings are agreed on WhatsApp. A deposit may be requested for larger detailing packages to secure the date. Balance is payable on completion by cash or bank transfer.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit any deposit paid.
Weather
We monitor conditions and may reschedule if the weather affects the safety or quality of the work.
Access & safety
You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to your vehicle. Please remove personal items and child seats you'd like relocated prior to our arrival.
Liability
We hold full public liability and professional detailing insurance. Any concern with the finished work must be raised at the time of the final inspection or immediately after.
Photography
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio. Registration plates are always removed. Let us know at the time of booking if you'd prefer we don't photograph your vehicle.
